Hi, I’m Jenny!
I love helping couples dream up and plan for their wedding day. I’ll be the main point of contact for your guests on your wedding day, helping you and your partner relax and be fully present. Besides being a great person to have on your team, I’m always here to help the day go smoothly, hold grandma’s hand, and make sure everything is taken care of. So much happens on a wedding day—I want to make sure you and your friends and family are able to be fully present on your wedding day instead of stressing about decor, timeline, or guest questions.
Revel & Roam officially opened in 2021. Since then, I’ve loved getting to work with my husband Mat (we make a great team) and we’ve gotten to work together so many times! I’m a full time teacher, so I only work with a few couples per year as a coordinator.
In my free time, I love to read, catch up with my best friends (most of whom I’ve known my whole life!), and spend time with my family—Mat, our pup Daisy, and our daughter Lucy.

The Process
01.
Schedule the Initial Call & Hire Us
I want to make sure I would be a good fit for your wedding day. We’ll schedule a call during which I’ll meet you both and we’ll go over any wedding day logistics you already know. Finally, we’ll discuss the process of working together. I’ll outline the process, gather a few details from you, and make sure all the questions you have are answered. If it sounds like it’s a good fit, following the meeting I’ll email you a contract and an invoice for an initial deposit.

Get ready for your wedding day
About 3 months before your wedding, I’ll touch base with you and will start to collect details about your wedding day to make sure we’re set up for success. In collaboration with Mat, I’ll work with you on the timeline to make sure all the moments are accounted for logistically and in terms of photography. Finally, I’ll take over as point person for each of your vendors
03.
Support you on your wedding day
In most cases, I’ll be the main point person for you and your guests on your wedding day. (Sometimes there’s a venue coordinator who will handle any venue-specific questions.) I’ll make sure the event is managed professionally and that you and your guests fell supported. Finally, I’ll make sure all the logistical things are happening—break down at the end of the night, returning any items to you and your family, making sure everything looks great, and helping with any odds and ends that naturally happen on a wedding day. Don’t worry, you’ll be in great hands!

Pricing
All my couples have unlimited access to help with planning and creative strategy, which means you’ll have one less thing to have to think about. Our first official meeting to go over wedding details happens at least 3 months before your wedding day. I want to make sure we have enough time to take care of the details, prepare for the final venue walkthrough, and check off all those planning tasks.
Finally, I’ll help you take care of all the logistics and wedding day details. We’ll work on the timeline together, I’ll work with you on the floorplan, we’ll create backup plans, confirm all your vendors, and make sure your day flows smoothly.
