FEATURED VENDOR
Rebecca Salas Viera
Today I'm excited to feature a business that I work with very frequently. Rebecca Salas Viera is a virtual assistant who supports wedding and boudoir photographers. She does an amazing job working with me on blog pieces, managing content, and creating space for brainstorming and big picture dreaming. As my business has grown, I've realized how important it is to delegate certain things to other people and as we worked together more, it's been such a huge relief to be able to pass certain things to Rebecca, whose work I really trust.
Tell me about you!
My name is Rebecca Marie Salas Viera, and I am a Virtual Assistant originally from Puerto Rico. I lived there my whole life until three years ago when I moved to the United States. As a virtual assistant, I decided to specialize in working with wedding creatives and boudoir photographers because of my love for weddings and empowering women. When I'm not busy helping my clients, I enjoy painting, spending time with my furry friends (a dog and a cat), and listening to music.
Tell me about your work and what sets it apart from your competitors.
I want to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients, their business, and by extension their clients, but I also love weddings and empowering/helping other people. I make sure to approach each project with an open mind and an eagerness to learn from my clients, which enables me to offer unique insights and solutions tailored to their specific needs. I build strong relationships with my clients, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout our collaboration. By prioritizing these values, I am able to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
Tell me about what the process of working with you is like. What's the experience you want people working with you to have?
When working with me, I strive to provide a stress-free process for my clients, allowing them to reduce unnecessary stress and focus on doing what they love. My goal is to establish clear communication channels and build a relationship based on trust and collaboration. From the start, I will work closely with my clients to identify their specific needs and goals, ensuring that we are on the same page and moving in the right direction. I aim to be responsive, organized, and proactive, always staying ahead of deadlines and communicating progress. By taking care of the tasks that can bog down their productivity, my clients can focus on the creative aspects of their business and have the time and energy to grow it. Additionally, I strive to be more than just a virtual assistant to my clients. I aim to be their biz bestie, someone they can trust, and who has their back. By building a strong relationship with my clients, I can better understand their unique needs, goals, and challenges, and help them kick ass in their business. Whether it's through regular check-ins, brainstorming sessions, or just being there to offer support and encouragement, I want my clients to feel like they have a partner in their success. Ultimately, I want my clients to have a positive experience working with me and feel confident that their business is in good hands.
What do you love about your job?
One aspect of my job that brings me immense joy is the chance to collaborate with a diverse range of clients and support them in achieving their business goals. In particular, I am deeply fulfilled when I partner with professionals in the wedding industry, as I am able to contribute to the realization of couples' lifelong dreams. It's an indescribable feeling to assist wedding creatives in capturing the magic and beauty of a couple's special day, preserving those cherished memories forever. Moreover, I take great pleasure in working with women who empower one another, helping them help other women & in the case of boudoir photographers help their clients feel confident and radiant. Above all, I cherish the opportunity to merge my passions and abilities, making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
